What is sold here? Our store offers soft pretzels, pretzel bites, curated snack and gift boxes, salts, sugars, sauces, spreads, and selected serving accessories.

Is shipping free? Any free-shipping offer is shown at checkout and is subject to the destination and order shown there. Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit; carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return something after changing my mind or choosing the wrong item? Yes. Defective and non-defective returns are accepted, and an exchange may be requested, within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective merchandise must be new and unused, in original condition and original packaging. Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect? Contact us with the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Authorization is required before mailing a return. Exchanges depend on inventory. An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

Which payment methods are supported? Only payment options actually displayed at checkout are supported. At this review, checkout did not expose an enabled payment brand; we cannot process an order until an available option is shown and successfully authorized.
