Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders for soft pretzels, snack boxes, seasonings, sauces, gift assortments, and related accessories offered through this website. Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, address review, and unusually busy periods may extend processing.

After dispatch, estimated transit is normally 2–4 business days. This estimate is not a delivery guarantee because carrier capacity, weather, remote destinations, and events outside our control can affect timing. Any free-shipping eligibility is determined and displayed at checkout before payment.

Please provide a complete delivery address plus an accurate email address and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available. If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged goods and packaging may be requested.

Delivery may be limited where carriers cannot serve an address or where a product cannot legally or safely be shipped. We may request an address correction before dispatch. Questions about an order should include the order number and checkout email so we can locate it efficiently.
